I’m a paying member, but I’m not getting the newsletter. Help! If you became a paying member right out of the gate (wow, what faith in me!), you may not be subscribed. My paid membership system works by reclassifying existing subscribers, but does not add brand new members to the email list. Subscribe yourself here and you should start seeing pie charts in your inbox every Friday.
I used to get the newsletter, but now I don’t. What’s up? I send the newsletter every single Friday, so if you’re not seeing it, there’s probably a technical issue. If you check all of your spam folders and still don’t see it, you may have accidentally unsubscribed at some point, especially if you opted out of certain conditions when GDPR (that Euro digital privacy law) took effect. You can re-subscribe yourself here and start receiving the free or paid version of the newsletter once again.
I’m not a paying member. How do I update my email address? You can simply unsubscribe your old address and subscribe your new email here.
I’m a paying member. How do I update my email address or credit card info? Can I change my annual membership amount? Cancel? To edit your membership, here’s what you need to do:
Click here. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address. Please enter the address you use to subscribe to the newsletter.
Then you’ll receive an email from Ladyswagger, Inc. (that’s me). In the email, click the “Manage Plan” link.
From there, you’ll be able to edit your email address, credit card info, and payment amount. You can also cancel your plan from this screen.
Can I pay once instead of a recurring annual payment? If you would like to make a one-time contribution instead of signing up for an annual membership, click here to leave me a tip.
I don’t have a U.S. credit card. What do I do? Unfortunately, I can only accept credit card payments for newsletter memberships. However, if you don’t have a credit card and would still like to support the newsletter, you can use PayPal to leave me a tip.
Can I get a refund? Your annual paid membership is non-refundable. You can cancel at any point, but I will not be able to return a pro-rated portion of the membership fee you paid.
Can I give a membership as a gift? Not at the moment.
